Business Services is the logistical service entity within Facilities Management that ensures that the departments efforts to function efficiently and effectively are accounted for in an auditable manner that is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Business Services coordinates the activities of Cost Accounting, Payroll, Utility Accounting, Reconciliation, Material Control, and Information Technology.
