How We Recycle
Printer & copier cartridges can be recycled in a variety of ways. Laser and copier cartridges can be remanufactured by UA vendors. They will exchange your cartridge with another remanufactured one for about half the cost of a brand new one. The remanufactured cartridges work as well as new ones. The other option for laser and copier cartridges is to call Procurement and Contracting at 621-1754 to have it picked up. They do not exchange for remanufactured cartridges. Inkjet cartridges (the small, disposable cartridges for ink and bubble jet printers) can be recycled through our office. Send your old cartridges through campus mail and we will recycle them.

Laser and copier cartridges are remanufactured in a variety of ways. Inkjet cartridges are sent to AAA Environmental in Morton Grove, IL to be remanufactured. Laser and copier cartridges are remanufactured locally.
