We are a subdivision of Facilities Management and are UA’s in-house “Go To” service provider for all building related Plumbing, HVAC and Mechanical Systems maintenance and repair requirements, including Refrigeration/Energy Management Control Systems.

Business Services

Business Services is the logistical service entity within Facilities Management that ensures that the department's efforts to function efficiently and effectively are accounted for in an auditable manner that is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).  Business Services coordinates the activities of the Cost Accounting, Payroll, Utility Accounting, Reconciliation, Material Control, and Information Technology.

Garage

The Garage coordinates all vehicle purchases, licensing, registration, and maintenance for the UA’s Departments. The Garage provides quality, convenient services and safe, reliable vehicles at a reasonable cost to the University community. Through objective self-analysis and willingness to adapt to changing conditions, FM’s Garage seeks continuous improvement in these endeavors to further the academic/research mission of the University.

Operational Services

The mission of Operational Services is to provide and maintain all main campus, Arizona Health Sciences Center (AHSC), Intercollegiate athletic facilities and outlying properties landscape and streets to include the daily care and meet the environmental standards of all plant materials, trees, lawns, irrigation systems and athletic fields.

Integrated Systems Group

ISG provides the facility, students, staff and visitors with a safe, secure and protected campus in which to conduct education and research. Ensure the highest quality fire alarm, energy management, utility and security systems thru proper monitoring and control of these key systems while maintaining code compliance.

Locksmith Shop & Key Desk

FM’s Locksmith Shop & Key Desk maintains efficient and effective operation of door locking hardware across campus to provide a safe and secure environment for University personnel and the public. We install, service, re-key and maintain door locks, exit devices and electronic locking devices on University buildings.

The Recycling and Waste Management Program coordinates recycling and waste hauling for the UA Campus and outlying areas. It also coordinates education, events, and waste reduction efforts.
