Billable and Non-Billable Trash Services
We do not pick-up any materials considered hazardous, such as chemicals or biological waste
Non-Billable Services Include
- Regularly scheduled trash pick ups from designated trash containers and areas (normal building waste only)
- Pick up of some large items from loading dock or appropriate areas (please contact us for information)
- Installation, maintenance and servicing of compactors and dumpsters
- Extra trash container pick up at regularly scheduled buildings (once only per week)
Billable Services Include
- Pick up of any garbage beyond that of daily trash
- Pick up of large stockpiled items or building clean outs, including debris from remodeling and demolition, or large amounts of pallets, scrap metals, or crates
- Special event containers and waste removal
- Extra trash container pick up or delivery
- Pick up of trash that is not bagged or contained in a trash container
- Removal of any materials from Residence Halls, Sororities, or Fraternities
- Removal of any materials from the Student Union and satellite operations
- Removal of any materials from buildings owned by outside agencies
- Removal of white items (refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) or large furniture (sofas, etc.)
- Removal of items requiring a frontloader, forklift, or crane.
