Facilities Management offers a wide variety of building maintenance services.
We are staffed with skilled trades people to meet the demands of a large university.
Billable vs. Non-billable services
Services provided by the Facilities Management Maintenance division fall into two categories,
billable and non-billable. Non-billable work is generally routine maintenance work on the University
infrastructure. Billable work is above and beyond general maintenance.
Note: Non-billable services do not apply to leased properties and auxiliaries.
