Q) How do I request services from Facilities Management?

A) A Routine Maintenance request may be submitted to us in one of the following ways:

Q) Which of your services are billable?

A) Our primary purpose is to provide for the care and upkeep of University buildings and grounds. To that end, any repair or maintenance to a building's structure or integral improvements are generally not billable to the requesting department. Remodeling, upgraded flooring, special painting, and repairs to departmental equipment and furnishings are generally billable. Examples of our billable services are available on our individual Service Unit pages. Please see the page of the appropriate service unit that would provide the service you are interested in obtaining. If you don't know which service unit to view or have additional questions, please call our workdesk at (520) 621-3000.
